Order Confirmation

After you have paid for your beads through our shopping cart we will send you a detailed email of your order within a few minutes. Please check your spam folder if the email in not in your inbox.
The order details will also be stored in your own account which you can view at any time when you log in.
Pictures of your order pieces are also available for you to view which makes it easy to reorder your favourite pieces at a later date if you so wish.

Processing Time :

Most products are available and this allows us to process and ship them within 2 - 4 business days from payment receipt.
Occasionally, if this order processing time is longer due to a holiday, or busy periods we will show the new processing time on the shopping cart and checkout pages.
If a model is out of stock please read our procedures below.

Shipping Information :

We offer 3 different shipping methods: Registered International Air Mail, EMS International Express Airmail & Fed Express.
Please note that we provide an estimate of the usual delivery times, but we cannot guarantee these times. For example, occasionally a parcel sent Registered International Air Mail can take longer to arrive if it is held up when processing entry to a new country.
We want you to be aware of this & if you require your order as soon as possible it is best to upgrade shipping to EMS International Express Airmail, or Fed Express which provide a full tracking service and our experience has shown them to be very efficient.

Import Duty, Taxes & Brokerage Charges :

Customers are responsible for any import duties,taxes & brokerage fees.
This depends on the laws of your country. We do not estimate nor collect these duties, taxes, or fees on your behalf & these are NOT included in the price that you pay us. Please contact your country's customs office to obtain an estimate of the duties and taxes, if any, you will have to pay.
In addition to duties and taxes, you may have to pay an additional brokerage fee to either your country's postal system (if your order ships via our Registered Post, or EMS) or to FedEx.

Refused, Unclaimed and Returned Shipments:

Shipping costs are not refundable on refused, returned or unclaimed shipments.
In addition the customer is responsible for any return shipping charges, order refund charges by 2Checkout, and for any customs duty, VAT, or import charges that WE are charged on refused or unclaimed shipments returned to us.

Exchanges & Returns :

Orders Under $700 (Excluding Custom Made Pieces)

We want you to be delighted with the silver beads you buy at our online store. If there are any that are not to your satisfaction we will replace them, or offer a refund within 14 days of you receiving them.

All we ask is that you send an email informing us that you are returning the goods and wait for us to send you our returns authorization number. You should then return them unused with a copy of the packing slip you received with the shipment.
The beads should be returned by a similar method to how they were sent i.e registered post, or international courier. We are not responsible for any pieces returned uninsured.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the goods are returned due to them being damaged when you received them, or the wrong goods were sent.

We will then issue a full refund once the beads are received, less our original shipping charges.
We do not charge any re-stocking Fees.

Custom Made Pieces

We will of course replace any pieces should they be damaged, but cannot offer any refunds or credit for Custom Made Pieces.
Please decide carefully and subject to approval we will happily make samples for you prior to committing to an order.

Orders Over $700

Out of Stock Pieces :

When your order has been processed, if there are any pieces that are not available to send out at this time we will notify you by email and you can let us know your preference:
*Option 1 : We will arrange for them to be crafted and send them separately later. These items will be shipped free via Registered International Airmail.
*Option 2 : We will process a refund for these items through your credit card, or PayPal Account.

If there are any Out of Stock items, they will not delay the sending out of the rest of your order.

Order Acceptance and Pricing :

We reserve the right to accept or reject an order or alter the terms subject to prior approval of the customer.
Examples where we may be forced to do this could include :- extreme fluctuations in the silver price, currency markets, or a genuine pricing mistake, or alteration in weights of the pieces.
