Order Confirmation
After you have paid for your beads through our shopping cart we will send you a detailed email of your order within a few minutes.
The order details will also be stored in your own account which you can view at any time when you log in. This makes it easy to reorder your favourite pieces at a later date if you so wish.

Processing Time :
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 – 4 business days from payment receipt.
Occasionally,if this order processing time is longer due to holiday/busy periods we will show the new processing time on the shopping cart and checkout pages.

Import Duty :
This depends on the laws of your country. We encourage our customers to contact their local postal service or customs bureau about possible import duties.
We cannot be held responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by another country.

Refused, Unclaimed and Returned Shipments:
Shipping costs are not refundable on refused or unclaimed shipments.
In addition the customer is responsible for any return shipping charges and for any customs duty, VAT, or import charges that WE are charged on refused or unclaimed shipments returned to us.

Out of Stock Pieces :
When your order has been processed, if there are any pieces that are not available to send out at this time we will notify you by email and you can let us know your preference:
*Option 1 - We will arrange for them to be crafted and send them separately later. These items will be shipped free.
*Option 2 - We will process a refund for these items through your credit card.

If we do not receive a reply within 4 days we will assume that you wish us to proceed with Option 1 and send the items after they have been made.

If there are any Out of Stock items, they will not delay the sending out of the rest of your order.

Order Acceptance and Pricing
We reserve the right to accept or reject an order or alter the terms subject to prior approval of the customer.
Examples where we may be forced to do this could include :- extreme fluctuations in the silver price, currency markets, or a genuine pricing mistake, or alteration in weights of the pieces.
