Product Appearance, Size and Weight
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the size, weight and appearance of our products within our store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate, or that the image, weight and sizes are accurate due to most of the products being handmade.
General Product Conditions
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Processing Time :
Most products are available and this allows us to process and ship them within 2 - 4 business days from payment receipt.
Occasionally, if this order processing time is longer due to a holiday, or busy periods we will show the new processing time on the shopping cart and checkout pages.

Shipping and Insurance:
Orders are sent out direct from Chiang Mai, Thailand after processing.
We offer 3 different shipping methods: Registered International Air Mail, EMS International Express Airmail & FedEx.
Please note that we provide an estimate of the usual delivery times, but we cannot guarantee these times.
If we offer limited insurance cover on parcels it is clearly stated in our shipping conditions and on our website. If we do provide some cover this is the maximum extent of our liability and customers are responsible for parcels with a higher value.

Inventory:
We check inventory several times a week and endeavor to prevent selling pieces that are not in stock. However, there will be times when pieces are not available in the quantities required or have gone out of stock earlier in the day and have not been co-ordinated on the website. We try to avoid this happening as much as we can, but should this occur we will either refund for the out of stock pieces, or send these pieces Registered Post in a separate parcel once they have been made, whichever option you prefer. Out of stock pieces usually take a week or two to be made, but we do not guarantee this time frame as occasionally they can take longer - we will keep you notified.
Duty, Taxes And Fees:
Customers whose delivery address is outside of Thailand are responsible for payment of all import duty, taxes, fees and/or any additional costs associated with importation or compliance with the procedures, or laws pertaining to their country. These charges are the total responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price that you pay us.
We do not estimate nor collect these duties, taxes, or fees on your behalf and these are NOT included in the price that you pay us. Please contact your country's customs office to obtain an estimate of the duties and taxes, if any, you will have to pay.
Refused, Unclaimed and Returned Shipments:
Shipping costs are not refundable on refused, returned or unclaimed shipments.
In addition the customer is responsible for any return shipping charges, order refund charges by our payment processor, and for any customs duty, VAT, or import charges that WE are charged on refused or unclaimed shipments returned to us. In addition please refer to our Exchanges and Return Policy detailed above as no credit or refund is allowable on Custom Made Pieces and/or Orders Over $700.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
