HOW DO I BUY?

Payment can be made by credit card through 2Checkout or Paypal using their secure online services, or you can send us a Preliminary order and pay later - simply choose the payment option button of your preference when you checkout. We NEVER see or ask for any of your credit card information - this is all handled securely by the specialists Paypal or 2Checkout. We only ask for your contact and shipping details and all pages that you enter any personal information on our site are encrypted and secure so that you can shop safely - You will see a lock displayed in your browser window to confirm this. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are usually processed and sent within 2 to 4 business days from Chiang Mai, Thailand. The delivery time is dependant on the delivery method you choose. For your shipping options please visit our Shipping Information Page.

WHAT IF ONE OF MY PIECES IS OUT OF STOCK?

Almost all pieces are in stock unless we have marked them out of stock - we do check inventory several times a week and endeavor to prevent selling pieces that are not in stock. However, there will be times when pieces are not available in the quantities required or have gone out of stock earlier in the day and have not been co-ordinated on the website. We try to avoid this happening as much as we can, but should this occur we will either refund for the out of stock pack, or send the pieces Registered Post in a separate parcel once they have been made - whichever option you prefer is fine. Out of stock pieces usually take a week or two to be made - we will keep you notified.
These pieces will be shipped free and will not delay the sending of the rest of your order.

WILL I BE REQUIRED TO PAY ANY IMPORT TAXES OR DUTIES ON THE ITEMS I ORDER?

This depends on the laws governing imported goods into your particular country. Some countries may require the recipient to pay duties and Sales Tax/VAT. Customers are encouraged to contact their local postal service or customs bureau to inquire about possible import taxes and VAT. We cannot be held responsible for duties or taxes imposed by your local government.

WHAT IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All our parcels are sent by very secure safe methods - either Registered International Airmail or by Fedex with a tracking number. If your order has not been received within the expected time frame given please contact us and we will be happy to assist. Please contact our Customer Service Department here. Be sure to include your order number in the email.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS INCOMPLETE?

If you believe part of your order is missing, please contact our Customer Service Department here. (Be sure to note your order number and email address). If it is determined that your order was incomplete, the missing portion will be sent to you at no additional charge.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

All pieces are boxed to protect them and to date we have never had any pieces arrive damaged, however, in the event that all or part of your order should arrive damaged we will replace the damaged piece(s) or refund these items. We would request that you return the damaged product to Thai Silver Beads at our expense and replacements will be sent, or refunds processed after they have been received and inspected. WHAT IF I RECEIVE THE INCORRECT MERCHANDISE?

In the event that you receive a product other than the one that you ordered, the correct product will be sent to you at no additional charge.
