Customer Satisfaction Policy
Orders under $700
We want you to be delighted with the silver beads you buy at our online store. If there are any that are not to your satisfaction we will replace them, or offer a refund within 14 days of you receiving them.
No Re-stocking fee or hidden clauses, we refund the full amount of what you
paid us excluding shipping costs and any duties.
Orders over $700
We will of course replace any pieces should they be damaged, but cannot offer any refunds or credit for orders above this amount.
Please choose carefully and subject to approval we will happily send samples of some pieces if you want to check our quality prior to commiting to an order.
