Shipping Your Purchases


Orders are sent out direct from Chiang Mai, Thailand after Processing.
You have 2 shipping choices:-

Shipping Choice 1- Registered International Air Mail - Price From $7.00 - Free Insurance up to $200
Orders are sent Air Mail Registered Post which is ideal for orders up to $200 and we include insurance up to this amount - Larger orders over this amount will have to purchase separate insurance.
It is very secure and extremely good value, but takes longer than Choice 2.
This service usually takes 2 and a half to 3 weeks for delivery and the parcel must be signed for.
Please note: Increased security measures for foreign mail entering US and Europe can occasionally delay a small number of parcels sent by this method an extra 2 or 3 weeks. Although this is unlikely, we prefer that you are aware of this possibility before you order and if you prefer can upgrade shipping to choice 2 below.

Shipping Choice 2- Fed Express - Price From $27.00 - Free Insurance up to $500
Zone 1 : USA, Australia & New Zealand, Europe (Excluding Scandinavia & Eastern Europe) Only - Price From $27.00
Zone 2 : All other countries not in Zone 1 areas - Price From $38.00
Recommended for larger orders and where you prefer a quick delivery.
We automatically insure your parcel for up to $500 at no extra charge - Larger orders over this amount will have to purchase separate insurance.
Delivery is usually 4 - 5 days to most locations AFTER processing your order. Please note that some countries and remote areas will take longer than this and is outside our control.
You will be given a tracking reference so that you can track your order delivery over the internet.
