Shipping Your Purchases

Orders are sent out direct from Chiang Mai, Thailand after Processing.
You have 3 shipping choices:-

Shipping Choice 1-

Registered International Air Mail - Price From $5.90 - Free Insurance up to $200
Orders are sent Air Mail Registered Post which is ideal for orders up to $200 and we include insurance up to this amount - Larger orders over this amount will have to purchase separate insurance.
It is very secure and extremely good value, but takes longer than the express post options below.
This service usually takes 2 to 3 weeks for delivery and the parcel must be signed for. If you are out at the time of delivery the postman will put a notice through your door so that you can arrange to pick the parcel up from the depot, or so you can contact them to arrange for delivery when you are home.
Please note: Increased security measures for foreign mail entering US and Europe can occasionally delay a small number of parcels sent by this method an extra 2 or 3 weeks. Although this is unlikely, we prefer that you are aware of this possibility before you order and if you prefer can upgrade shipping to either EMS or Fedex.

Shipping Choice 2-

EMS International Express Airmail - Price From $20 - Free Insurance up to $500
Express airmail - fast, secure, reliable and trackable over the internet. Ideal for larger orders, or where you need the order quickly.
We automatically insure your parcel for up to $500 at no extra charge - Larger orders over this amount will have to purchase separate insurance.
Delivery is usually 5 - 8 days to most locations AFTER processing your order.
You will be given a tracking reference so that you can track your order delivery over the internet.

Shipping Choice 3-

Fed Express - Price From $23.00 - Free Insurance up to $500
Recommended for larger orders and where you prefer a quick delivery.
We automatically insure your parcel for up to $500 at no extra charge - Larger orders over this amount will have to purchase separate insurance.
Delivery is usually 2 - 5 days to most locations AFTER processing your order. Please note that some countries and remote areas will take longer than this to arrive.
You will be given a tracking reference so that you can track your order delivery over the internet.
